As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to several dietary theories and studied effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

 

Are you tired of hearing that the secret to a healthy body is to cut calories, sugar, fat, gluten, or animal protein? While most approaches to healthy eating focus on telling you what you can’t eat, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements, start new habits, and implement gradual changes. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We will work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation.

 

My desire to become a health coach started with the discoveries I made at MIT, learning to balance both studying computer science and optimizing my athletic performance. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied practical lifestyle coaching methods. Together we will co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

METHODOLOGY

I combine my Health Coach training with my Computer Science background to create an intentional, iterative, and strategic approach to help you find the right balance and ways of eating that will enable you to reach your personal and professional goals. We all want to live our best lives, and that starts with having healthy minds and bodies. Health coaching will help you build that foundation.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. We'll define your priorities and visions for each area of your life to motivate specific goals that will bring you closer to where you want to be.

 

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the tools to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. It’s not about knowing all about the latest fad diet; it’s about knowing what does and doesn’t work for your body. We will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback.
